Flexio Online System Decommissioned
Due to a change in school policy, the online Flexio system has been permanently decommissioned. All academic data management must now be done through the desktop application available in the Computer lab.
Important Policy Change
The decommissioning of the online Flexio system is due to a change in school policy regarding data management and security, not for system upgrades.
This change is effective immediately and applies to all teaching staff.
Data Migration Notice
All marks entered in the online system must be re-entered into the offline desktop application. No automatic data transfer has been performed due to system architecture differences.
Please ensure you have your student records available when visiting the Computer lab.
Desktop Application
The offline version of Flexio is a Windows Desktop Application (not web-based) installed on some computers in the school's main computer lab.
You will need to use the lab computers to access and use the system.
Critical Action Required
To ensure continuity of academic records, all teaching staff must visit the Computer lab to re-enter marks into the offline Flexio desktop application. The online system is no longer accessible and all previously entered data must be manually transferred.
Accessing the Offline System
Visit the Computer Lab
Proceed to the school's main computer lab located in the Second Block, last floor. The lab is available during school hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday).
Log into Desktop Application
On any available computer, locate and launch the "Flexio Desktop" application from the desktop or start menu. Use your existing Flexio credentials to log in.
Re-enter Student Marks
Manually re-enter all student marks and academic records that were previously in the online system. The desktop application has a similar interface for data entry.
About the Flexio Desktop Application
The offline version of Flexio is a standalone Windows application with the following features:
- Local Data Storage: All data is stored securely on the school's internal servers
- Familiar Interface: Similar layout and functions as the online version
- Offline Access: No internet connection required after initial setup
- Enhanced Security: Complies with new school data management policies
- Regular Backups: Automated daily backups of all academic data

For Technical Support
Teachers are advised to meet the school administration for any issues, questions, or assistance regarding the Flexio desktop application.
The administration office will coordinate with the IT department to resolve any technical problems you encounter.

Lab Availability & Access
The computer lab has been reserved for Flexio data entry during this transition period. Priority will be given to teaching staff needing to enter marks.
Lab assistants are available to help with basic navigation but cannot assist with actual data entry or academic decisions.
